Guided Meditation – 5 Week Course

When: Thursdays at 7.00pm – 9.15pm – starts Thursday 28th June, 2018. Or
Fridays at 10.30am – 12.45pm – starts Friday 29th June, 2018.

Cost: £75 for the course of 5 weeks, or £25 per session
The aim of this 5 week course is to guide you through a meditative process to assist relaxation, healing and provide an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom – that part of you that knows you deeply, knows what is best for you, and which life, or soul path, that will bring you the most fulfilment, growth and adventure.
Many people find silent meditating difficult, often because some traditions require you to reach a state of having an ’empty mind‘. This can feel difficult, if nigh-on impossible if you have a busy (‘monkey’) mind. This type of guided meditation offers a way to experience the state of meditation without such demands, phew!
During a Guided Meditation class you will be gently guided to a state of deep relaxation where you can experience:
- A feeling of calm serenity
- Deep connection to your self, Mother Earth, each other and Source (Life/Universe).
- Your own inner wisdom
- The hidden world of your subconscious
- A state that supports your body’s own innate healing abilities.
Meditation has been proven to help reduce stress and improve health. It also brings a sense of calm and clarity to your everyday life.
It also allows us to explore our intuition, creativity and deep sense of self, which in our culture’s busy life style is often missing. There is a famous quote that goes something like ….. ‘Master, Master I don’t have time to meditate for 10 minutes a day. The Master replies “then meditate for 1 hour”!
You see meditation gives you more time! This may be hard to believe but trust me I have experienced this and it is true – meditating regularly can actually make you feel like you have more time – In truth meditating helps us discern what is ‘really’ important in our lives and what is not, or what can be done later or in a more effective way, then life flows and definitely with more ease and Grace. It also enables us to hear our intuition which is a guiding force that never steers us wrong, if only we’d listen!
Whether you are new to meditating, or practice regularly, this course will provide you with the opportunity to connect more deeply with your inner self, your inutition and your innate healing ability as well as an opportunity to meet and connect with other like-hearted souls.
