Receive – be open to receiving support, gifts and love in whatever form they are offered. Remember, by receiving you are allowing others the pleasure of giving. |

Intention – Set a clear intention for the type of Christmas / Holiday you want. Be clear, be positive and declare it out loud. The clearer you are the more able the Universe is to deliver the Christmas of your dreams. |

Self-Care – Take time to do things that nurture you, that nourish you, your body and your Soul. You may feel there just isn’t enough time for you to do that. But remember only when you are fully resourced can you give to others, or do all things that need to be done! Just like the cabin crews advice when flying – put the oxygen mask on yourself FIRST! |

Time – stretch time! Yes you can stretch time by being in ‘awareness’. Take time to connect with your centre, and, to grounding yourself. The more centred and grounded you are the better able you will to be to: prioritise what needs to be done; stay calm even if there is a storm happening all around you and know when you need to rest or take time out. |

Make memories – they can last forever! |

Accept all the help you can get! This is no time for martydom or playing the victim role!
