Terms vary according to the type of service you have booked - please refer to the appropriate section below.

Soul Realignment Sessions

Full payment is due at time of booking. There will be an administration fee of £25.00 to reschedule your appointment slot if less than 7 days notice is given.

Cancellation Terms - Due to the nature of these readings (the research is done prior to your appointment) no refunds are offered.

All Soul Healing Packages

Full payment is required at booking.  If you need to reschedule a session with more than 2 days notice there will be no charge to reschedule. With less than 2 days notice there will be an administration charge of £15.

Cancellation of Soul Healing Packages

If you have booked a multiple session package and you decide after your first or second session that you do not want to continue your programme a refund will be offered. The refund will be calculated on the number of session hours you have not taken minus an administration charge of £25.

Retreats

A non-refundable deposit of £220 is required at time of booking with the balance being due 1 month prior to your Retreat.

Changing Your Retreat dates:  Change will only be possible if there is accommodation availability for  the dates you require.

Cancellations Less Than 1 Months Notice: For Retreat dates cancelled with less than 1 month’s notice there will be sliding scale charges of:

• 2-4 week’s notice a refund will be offered. (Full retreat cost less the non-refundable deposit and minus a cancellation charge of £350).
• 0-2 week’s notice no refund will be offered.  Where accommodation and Maia Ana's schedule allows a transfer to alternative dates may be arranged with an administrative charge of £150.

Courses and Workshops

A deposit is required at time of booking to reserve your place. The cost of the deposit will vary dependent on the Workshop or Course. The balance is payable on the first day of the Workshop or Course.

Cancellation of Course or Workshop

A full refund is offered, less administration charge of £20.00, if you cancel your Workshop or Course place with more than 7 days notice.

7 days or less notice no refund will be offered.  Exchange to another date may be offered and is at the discretion of Soul Awakening.
