This Retreat package is tailored to your very specific situation and intentions.  It is an opportunity to spend the Retreat focusing on YOU. Giving yourself some quality 'me time', enriching your mind, body and Soul, bringing the deeply yearned for connection and alignment that is at the core of our Divine nature.
We will identify and clear the blocks, beliefs and behaviours that have been holding you back, so that you can have clarity and the ability to create the life you have dreamed of, and the life you truly deserve. So that you can move forward in a positive, uplifting and Soul-directed way.
Before your Retreat you will have a Skype/telephone consultation with Maia Ana to discuss in detail what you would like from your Retreat, or what in your life you would like some help with.
Maia Ana will support you for the whole Retreat. She will hold you in an embrace of love throughout your Retreat and together you will co-create the weekend according to your intentions and what 'reveals' itself.
Her intention for your Retreat will be that you feel safe, held and loved and that the highest and best healing be brought forth for your highest good, and, for the highest good of all.
As each Retreat is unique here is just an example of what may be included in your Retreat sessions:
- To reveal and transform old limiting beliefs and thought patterns
- To heal and clear emotional wounds, traumas or upsets
- Daily guided meditations
- To heal your inner 'saboteur' and any other sub-personality types that may be hindering or holding you back from your dreams and desires.
- Sacred ceremony
- Manifestation processes
- Creating and using positive affirmations and commitments statements.
Throughout we will be working with Mother Nature's elements, with your Soul, your inner Healer/ Alchemist and Source.
You will learn how to ground and maintain your own energy, as well as techniques to keep your energy field clear and sparkling.
The Energy Sessions, dependant on your needs, could include:
- Clearing your energy field of debris, energy blocks or cords that are negatively influencing you
- Repairing any auric 'holes' or damage (this can cause unknown bouts of tiredness or exhaustion)
- Balancing and recharging your chakras
- Reconnecting the heart mind union
- Balancing your male / female energy
- Clearing negative entities and thought forms
What's Included in This Retreat Package?
- Pre Retreat Zoom / telephone session to personalise your Retreat and answer any questions you may have
- 3-Day (2 nights) Retreat in a double en-suite room with 180' sea views (studio, or one bedroom apartments are also available - this will incurr an extra charge).
- Retreat starts at 2.30pm on the first day
- Retreat ends after lunch on day 3
- Breakfast, dinner and refreshments are provided
- Evening meditation sessions
- Unlimited number of therapeutic sessions with Maia Ana
- Collection from and return to Railway station, Weymouth, Dorchester or Maiden Newton, can also be arranged. Also can be arranged for the local airports of Exeter and Bournemouth.
- Follow-up Zoom / telephone consultation 5 -7 days after your retreat.
Pre-Requisite for this Retreat
This Retreat is open to all who have had a Soul Profile Reading with Maia Ana.
Clients who may be drawn to this Retreat will have reached a point in their growth and journey where they fully acknowledge they are the creator of their reality and are ready to consciously align to their highest path, purpose and service, but who have yet to fully create this.
